What counts as a non-urgent medical or admin request?

You can use the Admin request route for:

• Medication requests
• Routine results (once reviewed and commented on by a doctor)
• Long-term condition reviews (e.g. diabetes, asthma, COPD)
• Leg dressings
• Immunisations
• Cervical screening
• Referrals

Anything else

If your request is not on the above list, you will need to use the Medical Request Form.

Using the correct route helps us respond to you more quickly and ensures requests reach the right team.
